The FinOps Foundation would like to introduce FinOps – a evolving cloud financial management discipline and cultural practice that helps enables organizations to get maximum business value by helping engineering, finance and business teams to collaborate on data-driven spending decisions.
We will provide an overview of the FinOps Framework and walk you through an open source assessment to evaluate where you are on your FinOps adoption journey.
